EULA (End User License Agreement)
Your Registration ID and Serial Number are PRIVATE !
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
LICENSE AGREEMENT
For private, personal, home usage:
Smart Projects grants to you as an individual, a personal,
nonexclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software.
You may install a copy of the Software on a computer and freely move
the Software from one computer to another,
provided that you are the ONLY individual using the Software and ONLY for private use.
If you have registered multiple copies (#),
then the same applies but for a # number of people.
For business usage:
Smart Projects grants to you as an individual, a personal,
nonexclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software.
You may install a copy of the Software on a computer and later move
the Software from one computer to another,
provided that you uninstall the software first on the previous computer.
If you use the software on more computers at the same time,
you need a license for every computer.
If you are an entity, Smart Projects grants you the right to designate one
individual within your organization ("Named User") to have
the right to use the Software in the manner provided above.
If you have registered multiple copies,
then the same applies but for a #number people.
If you have registered multiple copies (#),
the organisation / entity may designate # number of
individuals within the organization ("Named Users") to have
the right to use the Software in the manner provided above.
All:
Your Registration ID and Serial Number are PRIVATE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!
If they surface on the Internet, forums, Ebay, usegroups, ...,
if they are shared, ...
or if they are made public in any way, ...
they will be disabled without any warning and without any refund possible !!
This EULA may change without notice for future copies that you buy.
